Here are a few rules we would love you to follow during your stay.
If you are staying with friends or family, please send this message to everyone in your group. 😊▪️︎
🧹 CLEANING
•You don’t have to do much, but please do these few things before leaving.
If the cabin is left disrespectfully dirty, an extra cleaning fee will apply. 💲
🗑️ Waste & Trash
* Put all trash in the outdoor bins.
* Do not leave food scraps outside to avoid attracting wildlife. 🦝🐿️
🍽️ Dishes
* Wash and dry all dishes.
* Put everything back where you found it before leaving.
☕ Coffee Maker
* Please clean the coffee maker after use so it doesn’t get stained.
🔥 Roof / Plancha / Stove / Disc
* If you rented the Roof and used the plancha, stove, or disc, PLEASE clean them after use so they do not rust.
🤝 RESPECT
* If you did not rent the Roof, the plancha, stove, disc, etc. are not available for use.
👥 GUESTS
* The price is adjusted according to the number of guests booked if it exceeds our limit.
* You book and pay for a certain number of guests.
No extra guests are allowed unless approved beforehand.
* Day visitors are only allowed with permission and may require an additional fee.
* We reserve the right to inspect the property at any time during your stay.
🚭 SMOKING • VAPING • ALCOHOL
* No smoking or vaping inside the cabins at any time. 🚫🔥
* Please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground outside.
* Alcohol and drugs are not allowed. 🚫🍺
👶 INFANTS & YOUNG CHILDREN
* Children must always be supervised. Gates may not always be shut.
* We are not responsible for accidents on the playground. Please watch your children carefully. 🛝
* The zipline has a weight limit posted on the sign. Please follow it.
* There are no safety gates at the top or bottom of the stairs/ladder.
🪑 FURNITURE
* We have a limited number of tables and chairs available.
* We do not provide extra mattresses or bedding.
* Please check before arrival how many chairs, tables, and beds are available.
🔥 FIRE SAFETY
* Do not place the firepit on grass or wooden decking.
* Keep fires small and controllable at all times.
* Make sure the fire is completely out before leaving it unattended.
* Please know where the hose and fire extinguisher are located. 🧯
🎵 MUSIC & NOISE
* Loud music is not allowed inside or outside at any time to respect guests, neighbors, and wildlife. 🌙
* If playing music outside, please be mindful of the volume and time.
* Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. 🤫
* Please keep voices low after 10 PM. No shouting or screaming.
* Noise complaints may result in removal from the property.
🎉 PARTIES
* Large disrespectful parties are not allowed.
* We reserve the right to inspect the property during your stay.
* Please respect the property and leave it as you found it.
* Extra cleaning fees will apply if excessive cleaning is required.
🐾 PETS
* No pets allowed in our cabins. 🚫🐶🐱

No tienen que hacer mucho, pero sí les pedimos que hagan estas pocas cosas antes de irse.
Si la cabaña se deja excesivamente sucia o de manera irrespetuosa, se cobrará una tarifa extra de limpieza. 💲
🗑️ Basura y Desechos
* Pongan toda la basura en los contenedores exteriores.
* No dejen restos de comida afuera para evitar atraer animales salvajes. 🦝🐿️
🍽️ Platos
* Laven y sequen todos los platos.
* Devuélvanlos a su lugar antes de salir.
☕ Cafetera
* Limpien la cafetera después de usarla para evitar manchas.
🔥 Techo / Plancha / Estufa / Disco
* Si rentaron el Salon/Techo y usaron la plancha, estufa o disco, POR FAVOR límpienlos después de usarlos para evitar que se oxiden.
🤝 RESPETO
* Si NO rentaron el Salon/Techo, no está permitido usar la plancha, estufa, disco, etc.
👥 HUÉSPEDES
* El precio se ajusta según el número de huéspedes reservados si excede nuestro límite.
* Usted reserva y paga por cierta cantidad de personas.
No se permiten huéspedes adicionales sin autorización previa.
* Los visitantes por el día solo están permitidos con permiso y puede aplicarse un cargo adicional.

* Tenemos un número limitado de mesas y sillas disponibles.
* No proporcionamos colchones ni ropa de cama extra.

* No coloquen el fogón sobre césped ni sobre madera/tarimas.
* Mantengan el fuego pequeño y controlado en todo momento.

* Bitte entsorgt euren gesamten Müll in den Mülltonnen draußen.

* Bitte spült und trocknet Geschirr ab.
* Stellt alles wieder an seinen Platz zurück.

👶 BABYS & KLEINKINDER
* Kinder müssen jederzeit beaufsichtigt werden. Tore können eventuell nicht immer geschlossen sein.
* Wir übernehmen keine Verantwortung für Unfälle auf dem Spielplatz. Bitte passt selbst auf eure Kinder auf. 🛝
* Die Seilrutsche hat ein Gewichtslimit, das auf dem Schild angegeben ist. Bitte beachtet dieses.
* Es gibt keine Sicherheitsgitter oben oder unten an der Treppe/Leiter.
🪑 MÖBEL
* Wir haben nur eine begrenzte Anzahl an Tischen und Stühlen verfügbar.
* Wir stellen keine zusätzlichen Matratzen oder Bettwäsche zur Verfügung.
* Bitte überprüft vor eurer Anreise, wie viele Tische, Stühle und Betten verfügbar sind.
🔥 FEUERSICHERHEIT
* Stellt die Feuerstelle nicht auf Gras oder Holzterrassen.
* Haltet Feuer jederzeit klein und kontrollierbar.
* Vergewissert euch, dass das Feuer vollständig gelöscht ist, bevor ihr es unbeaufsichtigt lasst.
* Bitte wisst, wo sich der Wasserschlauch und der Feuerlöscher befinden. 🧯
🎵 MUSIK & LÄRM
* Laute Musik ist drinnen und draußen nicht erlaubt, um andere Gäste, Nachbarn und die Tierwelt zu respektieren. 🌙
* Wenn ihr draußen Musik hört, achtet bitte auf Lautstärke und Uhrzeit.
* Ruhezeiten sind von 10:00pm Uhr bis 08:00am Uhr. 🤫
* Bitte sprecht nach 10 pm Uhr draußen leise. Kein Schreien oder Brüllen.
* Beschwerden wegen Lärm können dazu führen, dass ihr das Grundstück verlassen müsst.
🎉 PARTYS
* Große respektlose Partys sind nicht erlaubt.
* Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, das Grundstück während eures Aufenthalts zu kontrollieren.
* Bitte behandelt das Grundstück mit Respekt und hinterlasst es so, wie ihr es vorgefunden habt.
* Falls eine übermäßige Reinigung notwendig ist, wird eine zusätzliche Gebühr berechnet.

* Kinder müssen jederzeit beaufsichtigt werden. Tore können eventuell nicht immer geschlossen sein.
* Wir übernehmen keine Verantwortung für Unfälle auf dem Spielplatz. Bitte passt selbst auf eure Kinder auf. 🛝
* Die Seilrutsche hat ein Gewichtslimit, das auf dem Schild angegeben ist. Bitte beachtet dieses.
* Es gibt keine Sicherheitsgitter oben oder unten an der Treppe/Leiter.
🪑 MÖBEL
* Wir haben nur eine begrenzte Anzahl an Tischen und Stühlen verfügbar.
* Wir stellen keine zusätzlichen Matratzen oder Bettwäsche zur Verfügung.
* Bitte überprüft vor eurer Anreise, wie viele Tische, Stühle und Betten verfügbar sind.
🔥 FEUERSICHERHEIT
* Stellt die Feuerstelle nicht auf Gras oder Holzterrassen.
* Haltet Feuer jederzeit klein und kontrollierbar.
* Vergewissert euch, dass das Feuer vollständig gelöscht ist, bevor ihr es unbeaufsichtigt lasst.
* Bitte wisst, wo sich der Wasserschlauch und der Feuerlöscher befinden. 🧯
🎵 MUSIK & LÄRM
* Laute Musik ist drinnen und draußen nicht erlaubt, um andere Gäste, Nachbarn und die Tierwelt zu respektieren. 🌙
* Wenn ihr draußen Musik hört, achtet bitte auf Lautstärke und Uhrzeit.
* Ruhezeiten sind von 10:00pm Uhr bis 08:00am Uhr. 🤫
* Bitte sprecht nach 10 pm Uhr draußen leise. Kein Schreien oder Brüllen.
* Beschwerden wegen Lärm können dazu führen, dass ihr das Grundstück verlassen müsst.
🎉 PARTYS
* Große respektlose Partys sind nicht erlaubt.
* Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, das Grundstück während eures Aufenthalts zu kontrollieren.
* Bitte behandelt das Grundstück mit Respekt und hinterlasst es so, wie ihr es vorgefunden habt.
* Falls eine übermäßige Reinigung notwendig ist, wird eine zusätzliche Gebühr berechnet.

* Haustiere sind in unseren Cabins nicht erlaubt. 🚫🐶🐱

Wir stellen bei der Ankunft nur grundlegende Dinge zur Verfügung, darunter:
